Cancellation Policy

Treks go out in all weather conditions, rain or shine. In the event that Tullagh Bay Equestrian Centre has to cancel a ride for any reason, your deposit and/or any part of the total balance that has been paid will be refunded in the manner in which it was originally paid.

In the event that you have to cancel for any reason, cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:

For Treks and Pony Camps:

Cancellation Policy as follows

31 or more days prior to Booking: Deposit retained
30-15 days prior to Booking: 50% of Total Balance
14 days or less prior to Booking: 100% of Total Balance

Fees cannot be refunded for any reason; insurance against cancellation, accident, illness etc is the responsibility of the client. Personal accident insurance is recommended.

For Half-Day, Full-Day Trail, One-Hour, Two-Hour and Pony Day Camps:
Cancellation at any time after booking means Deposit retained

Full payment will be taken for late (less than 24 hours notice) cancellations or failure to turn up at the scheduled time.
